Surfaced
And burnished
With ordinary
Plate.
Worn plainly
Against splendid
Cloth or gamely
Adorned upon
Stale forms
In order to
Enhance them;
Bought sanely
And sold only
When time
Commands;
Ending practices
By spending
Penury in
Passionate
Dress for a
Change.
